Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Alar Softwares to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data linked to OnePharmacy, OneShop or any messages sent through WhatsApp. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", or send a WhatsApp message to +91 79031 67478.
2. Tell us the mobile number or email linked to your account or to the messages you received, and the name of the business or app (OnePharmacy or OneShop).
3. We may ask you to confirm it is really you, for example with a one-time code sent to that mobile number.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 2 working days and complete it within 30 days.
• We delete your account details, your contact details and the message records we hold, and remove you from any messaging lists.
• Backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, within 90 days.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax and billing records, security logs, and pharmacy sale records, and only for as long as required.

If you are a customer of a shop or pharmacy

If you received a bill or message from a shop or pharmacy that uses our apps, that business decides what is kept about you. Ask the business first. You can also write to us and we will pass your request to the business and help them act on it. To stop WhatsApp messages from a business, reply STOP to the message.

Business owners: closing your account

Export your data first. After you close your account, your business records remain available for 90 days and are then deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
