Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you (the shop or business using our apps) and Alar Softwares, head office near Sector 28 Metro Station, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana 121003. By installing or using OnePharmacy or OneShop, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

OnePharmacy is billing and inventory software for medical stores. OneShop is billing and inventory software for retail and wholesale businesses. Both run on Android phones, Android tablets and Windows computers, work offline, and sync to our cloud when connected. We may add, improve or retire features over time; we will tell you in advance about any change that takes away something important.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you add. Keep PINs and devices secure and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.

3. Free trial and plans

Every new business gets a free trial of 3 months with full features. No payment details are needed for the trial. To continue after the trial, choose a paid plan; prices are shared with you before you pay and include applicable GST. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. If a payment is not made, we may limit the account to view-and-export only until it is.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

You own the business records you enter. You give us permission to store, process and back them up only to provide and support the service. You can export your data at any time. After an account is closed, records stay available for export for 90 days and are then deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Follow the laws that apply to your business, including GST, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules, NDPS rules, and consumer and data protection law.
• Check the bills, tax amounts, stock and reports the app produces. The app is a tool to help you; it does not replace your own checks, your accountant's advice, or a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Tell your customers how you use their information, and message them only where you are allowed to.
• Do not use the apps for anything illegal, to send spam, to sell prohibited goods, or to try to break, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service running and backed up, and the apps keep billing offline if the internet or our servers are unavailable. We may need short maintenance breaks, which we try to schedule outside shop hours. Support is available by phone and WhatsApp on +91 79031 67478.

7. Our software

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the apps for your business while your account is in good standing. The apps, their design, the names OnePharmacy, OneShop and Alar Softwares, and our logos belong to Alar Softwares.

8. Warranties and liability

We build the apps with care, but they are provided "as is". We do not promise they will be free of every error or suit every business need. To the extent the law allows, Alar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost sales or penalties arising from incorrect entries, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the apps and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, after giving notice where we reasonably can. Sections on data, liability and governing law continue after the agreement ends.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by message at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the apps after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we cannot, courts at Faridabad, Haryana will have jurisdiction.
